LIT COMMENTARY

This is the second case in our series.

Once you review the 4 cases below, and without the benefit of the loan file or discussing the case with the parties, including the homeowner, you can visibly see the fraud by the bounty huntin’ lawyers and the unsecured, charged-off, debt buyers (otherwise callin’ themselves loan servicers). It’s grotesque.

For example, where’s the proof of payment or consolidation of the tens of thousands of dollars of alleged arrears in any of the 3 filings after the original non-suit in 2009?

There is no proof or affidavit detailing what happened to the prior alleged missed payments, charges, interest and related debits to the homeowner’s account.

It’s obvious,  y’all are making up affidavits and committing perjury by stating dates of default that are untruthful.

It’s clear on the face that’s exactly what’s happening to try and ignore the fact that these collection attempts are outwith the statute of limitations as well (e.g. lawsuit 3 (2017) and 4 (2019)).

And returning to the affidavits by Ocwen in 2017 and then in 2019, the dates of default [partially] overlap…. (shakes head).

It’s criminal behavior.

Foreclosure Case # 1, Non-Suited, without prejudice to refiling.

The paperwork is a shambles in this first case, as it was for tens of thousands of wrongful foreclosures shortly after the 2008 financial crisis.

That’s why it was non-suited.

But don’t worry, the government would help the thievin’, greedy banks and bounty hunters steal millions of homes over the following years and continue to do so today, in violation of the laws they are supposed to follow.
